IUC - Payment of Single Road Tax

Until the last day of the month of registration

VAT - Communication of transport document details

Prior notification or by the 5th working day after, depending on the means of communication used

Social Security - Notification of the admission of new employees

Within 24 hours before the employment contract comes into effect

Communication by the relevant taxpayer or intermediary not covered by legal or contractual duty of secrecy of internal mechanisms or cross-border mechanisms (DAC 6) with tax relevance

Up to 30 days after the relevant fact

Quarterly reporting by the intermediary on marketable domestic facilities or marketable cross-border facilities (DAC 6)

Up to 30 calendar days after the end of the calendar quarter (from 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December) in which new information has become available

The dates indicated are those resulting from the tax legislation, without prejudice to the necessary adjustments according to the legal interpretation of the deadline rules (for example, a deadline that ends on a weekend may be transferred to the first subsequent working day). Decimal Dialogue recommends the confirmation of the expiry of any deadlines for the compliance with the declaration obligations referred to in this publication.
